Supporting Communities is a dedicated charity focused on meeting the needs of at-risk individuals, young people, and their families. Our guiding principle is “Early intervention is prevention,” emphasising the importance of timely support for all young people. Our mission is to relieve the burdens of poverty, enhance mental health and well-being, and reduce the number of at-risk individuals, young people and their families entering local authority services.
