Negotiation with your customer presents the dual challenge of achieving the results you want, and at the same time maintaining and building upon your relationships with your customer. This webinar covers ways to avoid strained relationships, and to focus on the positive behaviours needed to help both parties to win.

The aim of this session is to provide participants with an understanding of human behaviour and negotiation to see how they can work well with customers to maximise results – developing a culture of involvement, and co-operation when negotiating.

The course leader for this event is Charles Barnascone. Charles is a highly experienced trainer, sales coach and business development consultant who has worked with a large number of diverse companies delivering training solutions in an innovative way and providing business development support.

The Accelerator project delivers online webinars and full-day workshops. The webinars are designed as one-hour taster sessions and the workshops as full-day training sessions which are designed to provide delegates with an actionable plan and strategy.
