Following on from the optional ‘Decarbonising Culture & Optimising Engagement’ webinar, this workshop focuses solely on how to identify those employee mindsets that might be blockers to achieving your sustainability goals. It will provide you with a clear understanding of the varying viewpoints within your team and share practical steps to provide immediate positive outcomes and bring them on the journey with you.
