In these challenging economic times, employers need to ensure they get the best from employees. Making sure your employees are performing to the standards expected is a crucial part of this.

If you are an employer and want to better understand how to manage employees who are not performing, then this event will be very beneficial to you. Delivered by award winning Employment Law specialists Precept, they will explain how to carry out a performance management process and the legal issues you need to consider.

What’s covered?

We will start with a look at the legal issues that need to be considered when managing employee’s performance. You will not be blinded with legal jargon, we will just focus on what you need to know.

We will then focus on the practical steps to take in a performance process making sure you achieve what you need but doing it in the right way for the employees affected. It will include how to tackle informal conversations about performance and formal performance processes.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions of the experts from Precept and those attending will be sent a recording of a mock performance management meeting.
