We will start with a look at the legal issues that need to be considered when managing employee’s performance. You will not be blinded with legal jargon, we will just focus on what you need to know.

We will then focus on the practical steps to take in a performance process making sure you achieve what you need but doing it in the right way for the employees affected. It will include how to tackle informal conversations about performance and formal performance processes.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions of the experts from Precept and those attending will be sent a recording of a mock performance management meeting.
