Overview
This extraordinary event shines a spotlight on the incredible individuals and organisations shaping the East Midlands. It’s more than just a celebration – it’s a platform for connection, recognition, and joy. Enjoy a vibrant evening filled with:

• Incredible Entertainment: Immerse yourself in a showcase of singing, dancing, and performances from professional and community artists representing cultures from around the globe.

• Guest Speaker Highlights: Be inspired by engaging speakers who will bring unique insights and stories to the evening.

• Exceptional Cuisine: Delight in a delicious culinary experience provided by the award-winning Sanjay Foods.

• Special Performances:
We’re thrilled to announce the first of our acts to our line-up, soprano Faryl Smith, a standout talent from ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent. With a repertoire spanning opera, classical, and crossover, Faryl’s accolades include performing for Queen Elizabeth II and gracing venues like Wembley Stadium and Wimbledon. Her chart-topping debut album made history, and her breathtaking performance.

Pedestrian x Sly & Estar
Witness SLY & ESTAR, a dynamic duo known for their upbeat, braggadocios style of music, which draws influences from old skool hip-hop, trap and grime. They create music which showcases their lyrical abilities, from witty wordplay to clever punchlines. Their vibrant fashion and energetic performance style further mirror the essence of their music.
Pedestrian have been supporting emerging local musicians for many years, through regular music sessions and programme, they have developed and provided opportunities for young people at the start of their musical journey. They have been working with Sly & Estar since 2019, watching them go from strength to strength and become a leading act in the Leicester music scene.

With more to be announced, this is an evening you don't want to miss!
