Delivered by award winning Employment Law specialists Precept, they will explain how to carry out a restructure, including redundancies, and the legal issues you need to consider.

What’s covered?

We will start with a look at the legal issues that need to be considered when restructuring. This will include smaller restructures and larger ones. You will not be blinded with legal jargon, we will just focus on what you need to know in a simple and easy to understand way.

We will then focus on the practical steps to take in a restructure making sure you achieve what you need but doing it in the right way for the employee’s affected.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions of the experts from Precept.
