This workshop is open to businesses in Leicester and Leicestershire.

The workshop introduces the essential leadership and management skills which must be mastered to facilitate growth of teams and a business. We explain what leadership and management is, before providing a framework to develop an attendee’s own style in the context of a world where change is the norm. We end by providing practical tips and tools which can be incorporated into an attendee’s management style with immediate results.
