Author and businesswoman Fiona Lambert – former Managing Director of Jaeger at M&S – has been revealed as the keynote speaker for 2025’s Enterprising Women International Women’s Day conference on 7th March.
Award-winning Fiona Lambert will share insight from a 30-year career in the fashion industry with senior positions at Next, Asda, Dunelm and River Island.
Taking place at Mattioli Woods Welford Road – home of the Leicester Tigers – the conference is powered by East Midlands Chamber’s Enterprising Women network and centred around the theme of #Accelerate Action.
The conference marks the official launch of the 2025 Enterprising Women Awards, where businesswomen from the East Midlands will be invited to submit entries across a range of categories celebrating outstanding achievement.
Enterprising Women’s 2024 Businesswoman of the Year Andrea Gray, former Managing Director of PPL PRS, will address the conference and share her journey, with further speakers to be announced shortly.
Alongside talks from some of the most influential women in business, the day will be made up of interactive sessions, workshops and networking aimed at ‘driving tangible change’ and inspiring women in the East Midlands with renewed confidence and a clear vision for their next steps.
