BUSINESS SUPPORT

Business Crime Advice and Support

Operating a profitable business can be difficult at the best of times. So, when your company is targeted by criminals, it can seriously affect the viability of the business.

The Chamber supports businesses by offering security guidance and bringing businesses together to tackle crime issues in their area.

We offer a range of services to help you stay ahead of the potential threats and focus on running your business.

The Chamber also works with key stakeholders across our three counties, such as the police and local authorities. Together, we can ensure business crime is paid due attention and the interests of our members are properly represented.

ABOUT BCRP

Business Crime Reduction Partnership

The Business Crime Reduction Partnership is a crime prevention scheme for local businesses committed to working together to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour. Let’s make our towns and cities a safer place to work, visit and shop.

At the core of the scheme is a comprehensive well-disciplined radio system. This enables businesses to be in direct contact with each other, the Police and CCTV Control Room to report any incidents or suspicious activity.

The BCRP is currently run in Chesterfield, Bakewell, Matlock and Staveley and is available throughout the whole of Derbyshire. Download the Derbyshire BRCP leaflet using the link below for more details.
