Arrival from 8:00am for breakfast, networking, for a prompt 8:30am start, topics will include:

- Employment Law Update – A reminder of what’s new and what is coming up in the next few months. Recent case law development and things to keep an eye on to ensure you remain as up to date as possible in the ever evolving employment law landscape.

- Probationary Periods/Reviews and effective performance management – getting ready and ensuring your HR function and managers are in the right mindsight for impending changes from the Employment Rights Bill. Are your policies and procedures up to date, do your managers and teams use probationary periods and performance management effectively to get the best out of employees but also to make processes easier when things are not working out.

- Onboarding: Successful strategies to improve staff retention - David Williams, Director, 3W Growth
